Rights : Questions

1.) My Right is Privacy

2.) it exists because it is an individual group to seclude people on info about themselves or other people. its your personal business and its privacy no one else is not suppose to see.

4.)its like private policy

5.) because its a plan of action to guide decisions.

6.) If i gave up this right i would want happiness in return because  it brings the felling or joy on life.

Rights to privacy- impact on post Soviet era Russia

Post Soviet Russia period began in the the early 90's. This was a transition period for the country coming out of communism. Privacy is a big challenge for all nations large and small but for Russia during this period this was even a greater challenge. The country was very unstable during the early years with a wars and a poor economy. The people did not trust the government and many was were unemployed. The new government had to prove its self to the world.

We look at Privacy in the three areas Physical, Informational and Organizational

Physical Privacy - named Graphics, Videos, or access to someone's home or Vehicle. Moving from the communist era were the government was in charge of everything. People did not trust the government because of past practices.

Informational Privacy - Includes Financial ,Internet ,Medical ,sexual and political privacy.
Concerns exist wherever data relating to a personal data collected and stored. The fear of this information being used against a person or who should have access to this type of data. These types of fears in Russia and other nations outside of the country slowed business progress and hurt the economy. The trusting of the government and its people from the past of communism to time to get over.

Organizational Privacy- Government and large companies keep some of their activities secret for security and competition reasons. The Russian government doing this era has kept many of the past information classified. It also normal for thier companies to kept there trade secrets private.

Overall, privacy to the former Soviet union is proper use of Information of technology or between peoples Business. So the impact is that Privacy is needed and aloud in the Russia to defend of what's right and deal with other nations.

Some Floodings in the econmy 5th Fact

(Source 1.) Link :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flood People in Sangkhom and Si Chiang Mai districts of the northeastern province of Nong Khai are buying more food supplies, as heavy flooding conditions cut them them off from the outside world. Relevant units are urgently assisting the flood-affected people by giving out food items, drinking water, medical supplies and clean sanitation. The flood situation in Nong Khai is still worrying. The water from Mekong River has surged into the city area of the province, adding that rain has continued falling since last night. Many households and stores are flooded even though villagers have laid sandbags and used water pumps to ease the situation. Villagers in some areas have already evacuated to higher grounds.

(Source 2.) Link : http://www.ucar.edu/communications/factsheets/Flooding.html Flash floods are short-term inundations of small areas such as a town or parts of a city, usually by tributaries and creeks. Heavy rain in a few hours can produce flash flooding even in places where little rain has fallen for weeks or months. If heavy rainfall occurs repeatedly over a wide area, then river or mainstem flooding becomes more likely, in which the main rivers of a region swell and inundate large areas, sometimes well after rainfall has ended. The 1993 Midwest floods were caused by 77 events over several months where rainfall of greater than one inch occurred over areas 100 to 200 miles wide and 400 to 600 miles long. Both flash flooding and river flooding threaten life and property, although the former causes more deaths and the latter more property damage.

(Source 3.) Link : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flood Floods can also occur in rivers, when the strength of the river is so high it flows out of the river channel, particularly at bends or meanders and cause damage to homes and businesses along such rivers. While flood damage can be virtually eliminated by moving away from rivers and other bodies of water, since time out of mind, people have lived and worked by the water to seek sustenance and capitalize on the gains of cheap and easy travel and commerce by being near water. That humans continue to inhabit areas threatened by flood damage is only evidence that the value of being near the water far exceeds the costs of repeated periodic flooding.

Heat Waves 4th Fact

(Source 1.) Link: http://www.floridadisaster.org/bpr/EMTOOLS/Severe/heatwave.htmA heat wave is a prolonged period of excessively hot weather, which may be accompanied by high humidity. There is no universal definition of a heat wave. the term is relative to the usual weather in the area. Temperatures that people from a hotter climate consider normal can be termed a heat wave in a cooler area if they are outside the normal climate pattern for that area. The term is applied both to routine weather variations and to extraordinary spells of heat which may occur only once a century. Severe heat waves have caused catastrophic crop failures, thousands of deaths from hyperthermia, and widespread power outages due to increased use of air conditioning.

(Source 2.) Link : http://www.floridadisaster.org/bpr/EMTOOLS/Severe/heatwave.htm The heat index is the "APPARENT TEMPERATURE" that describes the combined effect of high air temperature and high humidity. The higher this combination, the more difficult it is for the body to cool itself. If you work outdoors, it is critical that you remain aware of the heat index and take the appropriate precautions.

(Source 3.) Link: http://www.disastercenter.com/guide/heat.htmlHeat can kill by pushing the human body beyond its limits. Under normal conditions, the body's internal thermostat produces perspiration that evaporates and cools the body. However, in extreme heat and high humidity, evaporation is slowed and the body must work extra hard to maintain a normal temperature. Elderly people, young children, and those who are sick or overweight are more likely to become victims of extreme heat. Because men sweat more than women, they are more susceptible to heat illness because they become more quickly dehydrated

Impact on earths enviroment 3rd Fact

(Source 1.) Link : http://www.earthsky.org/teachers/topic/environmental-impactAn impact event is the collision of a large meteorite, asteroid, comet, or other celestial object with the Earth or another planet. Impact events have been a plot and background element in science fiction since knowledge of real impacts became established in the scientific mainstreamin the environment refer to the sources, environmental behaviour and effects of actinides in Earth's environment. Environmental radioactivity is not limited solely to actinides; also, actinides such as uranium and radium specifically are of note.

(Source 2.) Link : http://www.nasa.gov/vision/earth/environment/ice_sheets.html In the most comprehensive survey ever undertaken of the massive ice sheets covering both Greenland and Antarctica, NASA scientists confirm climate warming is changing how much water remains locked in Earth's largest storehouse of ice and snow.

(Source3.) Link: http://www.environmentalgraffiti.com/sciencetech/10-greatest-major-impact-craters-on-earth/1403 Some 49,000 years ago a large nickel-iron meteorite “just” 150 ft across, weighing several hundred thousand tons (~300,000) and traveling at a speed of 40,000 miles per hour, hit Earth. The result of this meteor lies 55 km east of Flagstaff, Arizona and is called the Barringer Crater: the best preserved impact crater ever. The force generated by the impact was equal to the explosion of 20 million tons of TNT. Picture that.
It measures 0.75 miles (1.2 km) across, is 575 ft (175 m) deep and has a rim 148 ft (45 m) higher than the surrounding plain. Discovered in 1902, the Barringer Crater was named after Daniel Barringer, a successful mining engineer. Today it is still owned by his family and is also known as Meteor Crater, Coon Butte, and Canyon Diablo.

Ice age could be coming 2nd Fact

(Source 1.) Link: http://www.winningreen.com/site/epage/59549_621.htmThe ice age" or, more precisely, "glacial age" denotes a geological period of long-term reduction in the temperature of the Earth's surface and atmosphere, resulting in an expansion of continental ice sheets , polar ice sheets and alpine glaciers. Within a long-term ice age, individual pulses of extra cold climate are termed "glaciations".

(Source 2.) Link: http://hotair.com/archives/2009/01/12/pravda-the-coming-ice-age/Glaciologically, ice age implies the presence of extensive ice sheets in the northern and southern hemispheres;by this definition we are still in an ice age (because the Greenland and Antarctic ice sheets still exist).More colloquially, when speaking of the last few million years, "the" ice age refers to the most recent colder period (or freezing period) with extensive ice sheets over the North American and Eurasian continents: in this sense, the most recent ice age peaked, in its Last Glacial Maximum about 20,000 years ago. This article will use the term ice age in the former, glaciological, sense: glacials for colder periods during ice ages and interglacials for the warmer periods.

(Source 3.) Link :http://www.commondreams.org/views04/0130-11.htm While global warming is being officially ignored by the political arm of the Bush administration, and Al Gore's recent conference on the topic during one of the coldest days of recent years provided joke fodder for conservative talk show hosts, the citizens of Europe and the Pentagon are taking a new look at the greatest danger such climate change could produce for the northern hemisphere - a sudden shift into a new ice age. What they're finding is not at all comforting.

Global Warning: Glaciers Falling 1st fact

(Source 1.) Link :http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&safe=active&rls=com.microsoft:en-us&ei=w1vnSYu9LujinQfKmLiYBw&resnum=1&q=Global+warning&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=xlvnSc_HJZTpnQeTu-GDBw&sa=X&oi=news_group&resnum=1&ct=title
Post-glacial rebound (sometimes called continental rebound, isostatic rebound, isostatic adjustment or post-ice-age isostatic recovery) is the rise of land masses that were depressed by the huge weight of ice sheets during the last glacial period, through a process known as isostatic depression. It affects northern Europe -- especially Scotland, Fennoscandia and northern Denmark -- Siberia, Canada, and the Great Lakes of Canada and the United States.

(Source 2 .) Link : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_warming The effects of global warming are of concern both for the environment and human life. Scenarios studied by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) predict that global warming will continue and get worse much faster than was expected even in their last report. Research by NOAA indicate that the effects of global warming are already irreversible. The IPCC reports attribute many specific natural phenomena to human causes.

(Source 3 .) Link:http://www.leonardodicaprio.org/files/videos/globalwarning.html?q=whatsimportant/globalwarming_movie01.htm The expected long range effects of recent climate change may already be observed. Rising sea levels, glacier retreat, Arcticshrinkage, and altered patterns of agriculture are cited as direct consequences of human activities. Predictions for secondary and regional effects include extreme weather events, an expansion of tropical diseases, changes in the timing of seasonal patterns in ecosystems, and drastic economic impact. Concerns have led to political activism advocating proposals to mitigate, or adapt to it. Geoengineering is a further potential response, which could potentially reverse some effects that may otherwise be irreversible
